Founders & Management board
Frédéric Witmeur is a qualified economist, trained at the UC Louvain. Before joining Orange Business Services, as Global Account Manager, in 2000, he worked for Computacenter and ECS. In 2008, he took the plunge and started CYC2 with Optytel.
Charles Cuvelliez holds a PhD in civil engineering from the ULB. He has worked for the Orange group and Proximus. He was responsible for the first MVNOs in Belgium. For CYC2, he developed the core of the company’s services.
Jean-Pierre Cuvelliez has a civil engineering degree from the ULB. He has worked for ING and IBM, going on to found his first company, which has since been sold. He then created a second one in which he is also a partner. He joined full time CYC2 in 2021.
